I have a myriad of life experiences that I have grown from because I have found the “armor and tactics” that have worked amazingly for me, and I am pretty sure they can help you too.
I have learned, in my life through training, through close friends, clients, and family, that without knowing the root causes of your feelings or actions you can never really get out of self-sabotage. If you have tried numerous strategies, and still not found your peace, I can help you find your way.
Let me share just a little bit about my life and how I have come to love it so much. If there is something that resonates with you, I will share how to become resilient, and how I came to find this gift.
My childhood was marked by a number of traumatic events, including starting in an orphanage, experiencing a house fire, floods, and tornadoes. I also experienced sexual abuse, abandonment, betrayal, and kidnapping. Additionally, I experienced miscarriages, divorces, the untimely death of a spouse, becoming a single parent. Despite facing numerous challenges and hardships, I persevered and continued to lean on my faith and built my resilience in overcoming these traumas.
With all of these experiences, it took me years to want to re-write my story, because I had forgotten where to start. It took me a lot of years to circle back to my faith find the strength and discover the tools that made all the difference.
Thankfully, I have re-written my story, and it is a beautiful story of a girl who found her way and now wants to help as many souls as she can, find their way to healthy mental fitness and resilience.
